For the price, this grill is ridiculous in a good way. The quality was better than I expected, and it feels like you’re getting a solid deal for what you pay.

I bought a grill from bbqgalore.com a few weeks ago, and I was a little nervous at first because I always worry I’m going to get fooled by nice photos online and end up with something cheap. But this one actually feels really solid in person. The metal is thick, the knobs don’t feel flimsy, and it heats evenly, which was the main thing I cared about.

I’ve used it about 5 or 6 times now, and so far nothing feels loose or cheaply made. No weird issues, no regrets, and it’s been doing exactly what I hoped it would. Happy with the quality so far.

They had a nice range of grills and parts, and I was able to find what I needed without much trouble. The site was straightforward overall, maybe not perfect, but easy enough to get around.

I had to send back a grill cover because it didn’t fit quite right. The return process itself was easy enough, though the updates were a bit slow. My refund came through after about a week, so no real complaints. Not a perfect experience, but it was handled fine overall.

I had a small issue and customer service did get back to me quickly, which I appreciated. They sorted it out in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. I just felt a little dismissed at first, like they were rushing through it instead of really hearing what I was saying. Overall it was fine, just not the warmest support experience.

It showed up a day later than expected, so I was a bit cautious and checked everything over right away. Thankfully, the packaging was solid and nothing seemed damaged. Overall, good delivery experience.
